She was predeceased by: her parents, Farley O. Johnston and Winifred Johnston (Gardiner); and her siblings, Harold, Robert, Harry, Thelma Johnston, Betty Lou Johnston, Ethel Henderson, Annette Tumas, Dorothy Pletcher and Nellie Kocka.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Rose (Robert) of Rochester, MN, Mary Louise Hayfield and Michele Simon (George) of Renovo; her grandchildren, Brandi Patchen (Bryan) of Buford, GA, Sherri VerNooy (Dan) of Clovis, NM, Corey Simon (Vanessa) of Leesburg, VA, Jenna Hayfield of Alexandria, VA and Joseph Simon (Miranda) of South Williamsport; her great grandchildren, Lizzie, Robby, Katie, Andy, Rachel, Kylie, Ellarie and Landry; her sister Margaret Mosser of Fremont, OH.; and her nephew William (Joanne). She is also survived by friends, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
