She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Newlen and Eva Benton Newlen; her siblings, Carl, Charles, Eugene, Jesse Newlen and Virginia Newlen Darrin; and her daughter-in-law Debra Bauer.
She is survived by: her husband William R. Ransdorf; and her children, James W. Bauer of Renovo, Debra J. Probst (William L., Jr.) of North Bend and Joyce A Stewart (John) of Hyner.
The family will provide flowers and suggests memorial contributions to either the First United Methodist Church or the Renovo Library through the funeral home.
