He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Madeliene Hajduk (Osborn); his children, Walt Hajduk (Dawn), Rebecca Bell (Tim), Suzanne Ward (Scott) and B. Gary Osborn (Lynn); his sibling Thomas Hajduk (Linda); his grandchildren, Walter IV, Tyler, Brennen, Kortney, Patrick, Katie, Nick, Haley, Michael and Shawn; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Oliver, Jackson, Chase, Weston, Jameson and Parker; his niece Michelle; and his nephew Tom.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of ones choice.
