He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Spano and Phyllis Spano. He is survived by: his wife Sally Spano (Rickert); his sons, Philip H. Spano, Jr. (Dolly), Paul Spano (Renee) and Mark Spano (Dana); his grandchildren, Josh Spano (Rachel), Shayna Vietmeier (Ryan), Lucas Spano (Kelsey), Adam Spano, Eric Spano and Anthony Spano; his great grandchildren, Julian Vietmeier and Matteo Spano; and his sister Phyllis Frishman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
