He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jane A. (Price); his children, Mark (Faith), John (Mary Ann), Carl (Gretchyn), Thomas (Lorraine) and Karen Hines (Kevin); and his brother Carl Blackburn (Suzanne). He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren.
