Jamie is survived by: mother Penney Challburg (late James Lynn Mack); siblings, Tom Mack (Linda), Jody Oberholtzer (Mark) and Amy Challburg; nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Mack, Justin Mack, Eric Oberholtzer and Drew Oberholtzer; aunt Martha Teare; and pet Flossie.
