He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Henry Kendall and Glen Fortney. He is survived by: his parents, Glen Fortney and Kathy Fortney (Kendall) of South Mountain, PA.; his wife Rachel H. Fortney (Coady); his children, Alyssa Fortney, Mariah Fortney and Alexander Fortney; his brother Troy Fortney of South Mountain; and his grandmothers, Irene Kendall of South Mountain and Clara Cable of Davidsville, PA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
