It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney L. Daywalt of South Mountain, Pennsylvania, born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice E. Daywalt and Mildred Daywalt (Sprow); and his brothers, Larry L. Daywalt, Maurice E. Daywalt, Jr. and Due.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Jo; his children, Keith B. Daywalt (Gina), Eric L. Daywalt (Christina) of Fayetteville and Shawn D. Daywalt of Lemasters, PA; his grandchildren, Emily N. Sprankle, Tyler A. Daywalt, Dalton G. Daywalt and Tristan E. Daywalt; his great grandchildren, Abrianna, Jordyn and Ava; his sister Karen E. Daywalt (Donna); and his sister-in-law Edith Daywalt. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Larry L. Daywalt and Maurice E. Daywalt, Jr. Due to the Covid pandemic, there will be no public viewing.
