He is survived by: his wife Cindy Stine (Bigham); his children, Raymond E., Jr. (Kathy) of Waynesboro and Patricia Stine (Matt) of Mercersburg; his grandchildren, Trevor Stine, Kendal Kauffman and Sophie Kauffman; and his siblings, Tammy Carbaugh (Jock) of South Mountain, Melissa Harlacher (Mark) of South Mountain and Michael Stine of South Mountain. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
