He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse R. Baker and Carrie Baker (Barnes); his wife Verna E. Baker (Martin); his siblings, Ada P. Sites, Crawford Baker, Lloyd Baker, Clifford Baker, Jesse Baker, Alford Baker and Kenneth Baker; and his half-sisters, Goldie Bumbaugh, Pansy Funk, Madeline Ringenary and Beatrice Kimple.
He is survived by: his son Reggie L. Baker of South Mountain. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
