She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Myers and Gladys Myers (Kelly); her great great grandchild Avery Smith; and her siblings, Ruby Yeager, Anna May Myers, John Myers, Mervin Myers, Lillie Sims, Dick Myers and Jim Myers.
She is survived by: her husband Mark L. Carbaugh; her daughter Connie Hopper of South Mountain; her grandchildren, Michael Freeman and Michele Cook; her great grandchildren, Christina Smith, Katie Smith and Andrew Freeman; and her great great grandchildren, Ariel Smith and Logan Smith.
