He was predeceased by: his father Frederick Williams; his wife Constance B. Williams (Noble); and his siblings, Kevin and Katie. He is survived by: his daughter Megan; his son-in-law Jackson Lee of Durham, NC; his grandson Garrett Lee; his brother Eugene; his sister-in-law Jennie Williams; his sister Mollie Osmanski; and his son Larry Fraser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a neighbor.
