He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred DeFrancesco and Rose DeFrancesco (Pagliaro); his father-in-law William J. Dalzell, Jr.; and his brother-in-law William J. Dalzell III. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ann DeFrancesco (Dalzell); his children, James A. DeFrancesco, Jr. (Krista) and Jessica A. Shimko (Robert); his grandchildren, Nico, Luciano, Rocco and Maggie; his brothers, Anthony (Susie), Bobby (Linda) and Ronald DeFrancesco (Janet); and his mother-in-law Ann Louise. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
