He was predeceased by: his sibling Grace Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Gretchen Sue Neubert, Dale A. "Dan" Neubert (Cathy), Polly McCracken (Doug), Melissa Michaels (Bill) and Betsy Martinelli (Jeff); his grandchildren, Christopher, Laura, Marcie, Becki, Patrick and Lauren; and his siblings, Eleanor Hitchak and Earl Neubert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
