She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Herritt and Betty Seltzer Herritt. She is survived by: her husband Ralph E. Dieffenderfer; her children, Barry Mayes (Brooke) of Mill Hall, Carl Dieffenderfer of Duncannon, Dean Dieffenderfer of Carlisle, Scott Dieffenderfer (Jennie) of Hummelstown, Jesse Dieffenderfer (Angie) of Linglestown, Julie Bobar (Stephen) of Harrisburg and Kimberly Tucci (Bernie) of Hagerstown, MD; and her siblings, Betty Jean Barto (Mick) of Avis and Michael Herritt (Sherri) of Avis. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
