Dabbs (South Fork, Pennsylvania), born in Windber, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Jr. and Mary L. Dabbs (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Donna Dabbs (Galioto); his son William T. (Wei); and his grandchildren, Rachel and Ryan.
