He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Sr. Kolar and Ruth Kolar (Patterson). He is survived by: his wife Judith A. (Hendrickson); his daughters, Debbie (Daryl Lucas), Melissa (Ron Rozsi) and Vinco; his grandchildren, Nathan and Kaitlyn; his siblings, Joanne Hufford, Nicholas Jr. (Sally) and Patricia (Donald Schmidt); and his uncle John Patterson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
