She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Amis and Catherine Amis (Parks); her husband Frank Stravinsky; her granddaughter Kimberly Nalepa; and her sister Agnes M. Heverly.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia M; her grandchildren, Paul Nalepa (Cindy), Christy Rao (Jay), Lisa Erskine (Tim), Laura Sweltz and Jacob Sweltz; her great grandchildren, Kim, Nicole, Kayla, Alex, Aaron and Elizabeth; her great great grandchildren, Ava and Sawyer Rose; and her sister Patricia Oshaben.
