He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leroy, Arlene Schultz, Bobby and Lillian Dudley; his aunt LeAnn Curtis; his stepfather Paul Dudley; and his fathers-in-law, Harold Eshbaugh and Terry Manges.
He is survived by: his wife Susan L. Ross (Eshbaugh); his mother Linda McComb (Shultz); his daughter Courtney McIntosh (Michael Hinton); his siblings, Terri (Randy Silvis), Derry, David (Samantha Spaid) and Darlene Ross (Barry Riggle); his mother-in-law Shelby Manges; and his siblings-in-law, Eric Eshbaugh, Jason Eshbaugh (Bonnie), Lucinda Manges and Charles Manges (Vicky). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and his beloved pets.
