He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence E. McCormick and Margaret J. McCormick (Bimle); and his brothers, David and Joseph McCormick. He is survived by: his children, Dana McCormick (Scott Mercer), Melanie Smay (Rick Lopez), Amy Crownover (Scott) and Ryan McCormick (Lori); the mother of his children Linda E. McCormick (Theys); his grandchildren, Austin Smay (Melissa), Morgan Smay (Brennan), Collin Smay (Easlyn Serenko), Luke McCormick, Alyse Crownover, Sydney McCormick and Hadley Crownover; his siblings, Carol Brown (Joe), Margie Baynham (Robert), Helen Morris (Bill), Gale Makoczy (John) and John McCormick (Jennifer); his uncle Jay; and also Nancy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
