He was predeceased by: his parents, Mirrel Plummer and Ellen Plummer (Hebden); and his brothers, Thomas, Robert, Mirrel, Roy and Kenneth.

He is survived by: his former wife Diane Plummer (Potter); his grandchildren, Harley, Judson, Richie, Austin, Evan, Luke, Keean, Tyesha, Dereck and Noah; his wife Dorothy Plummer (Siverinac); his children, Anthony, Sara and Samantha; his siblings, Ellen Dixon (Ken) and James (Patricia); and also, Raymond (Denise), Richie, Joseph and James (Anne). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
