She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Glacken and Barbara Ann "Annie" Glacken (Berkey); her husband Robert F. Smith; and her siblings, Dorothy Sell, Thelma Steele, Patricia Bencosky, James, Warren and Charles.
She is survived by: her sister Barbara Oswalt; her sons, Robert A. (Lisa) and Craig; her grandchildren, Josh, Brock, Katelynn and Justina; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Bryson, Isabelle, Lukas, Mason, Nora and Jameson.
