He is survived by: his wife Angela A. (Kozich); his children, Patrick Jr., Daniel Sr. (Danielle), Sharon Goughnour (Bill) and Nicole Stewart (Fred Folta); his grandchildren, Daniel Jr. (Antonia), Scott, Stephanie, Autumn, Jerome, Joseph Jr., Mason, Tommy, Samantha and Donella; his siblings, Michael, Linda Shaw (Robert), Barbara DuMond and Steven (Tammy); and his sister-in-law Susan Krestar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
