Costlow (South Fork, Pennsylvania), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Irvin Sr. and Amehlia Cora Paxton (Gaunt); her husband David A. Costlow; and her sister Mary Elia. She is survived by: her son James Warner (Nathan Schlusser); her stepchildren, Melody Steele, Jacob Smithbower and George A. Smithbower Jr. (Donna); her brothers, Donald I. Paxton Jr. and Daniel W. Paxton (Judy); her nephews, Russel C. Elia (Shannon), James A. Elia (Janina) and Dominick J. Elia; and her niece Wendy Maybin.
