She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo H. McClarren and Annie McClarren (Haberl); her husband Vincent E. Grattan; and her siblings, Mary Louise, Dorothy M. McClarren and James P. McClarren.

She is survived by: her children, Kathleen (Nathan Thomas), James (Shirley), Thomas (Ruthann), Mary Lou (Richard Varner), Joseph and Gina Hudak. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and thirty-seven great-grandchildren.
