He is survived by: his wife Carla; his son John McCue Jr. of Altoona, PA; and his grandchildren, Isabella Grace of Altoona, PA. and Peyton Francesca of Altoona, PA..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (309 Lincoln St, Johnstown, PA 15901).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to the Marine Corps Toys for Tots in John's memory.
