He was predeceased by: his father James C. Miller Sr.; and his brother Jeremy T. Miller. He is survived by: his mother Martha Miller (Everhart); his cousins, Denver, Shawn, Justin Miller, Adam Sliko, Nate Hand, Kerri Lynn Wilkinson and Stacie Everhart; and his siblings, James Jr. "Jimbo" (Amy), Joel (Kelly), Jason (Jen) and Jill (Joe). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and other beloved relatives and friends.
