She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit W. Gramling and Sara E. Gramling (Dunmyer); her husband Foster E. Webb; and her brothers, Myron and Kenneth.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul (Brenda), Richard (Wanda) and Ronald (Tammy); her grandchildren, Krystal, Amy (Christopher), Juli (Jeff), Sara (Richard) and Isacc; her great grandchildren, Saige, Kahlan, Blake, Camila, Kira and Eliana; and her siblings, Rose Ellenberger, Donald and Robert.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mount Hope Community Church (258 Mt Hope Rd, South Fork, PA 15956). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
