He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria L. (Hoffman); his son Kevin Gearhart; and his sister Eleanor Chromy. He is survived by: his children, Roxane Rager (Gary Halaburda), Seward, Tammy Lynn Rayome (Scott), Virginia Beach, Amy Jo Lloyd (Steve) and Carlisle; his grandchildren, Jill Stiffler (Brandon), Montana Rayome and Colin Lloyd; his siblings, Donald Schellhammer, Ardythe Brunetto, Marlene Klemans (Bernard), Eilene Sarlouis (Gary), Robert Schellhammer (Joyce Bozic), Donna Anderson, Frank Schellhammer and Rick Schellhammer; his brother-in-law Lynn Hoffman; and his daughter-in-law Judi Gearhart. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
