He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley L. Bulvin and Stella F. Bulvin (Cyburt). He is survived by: his wife M. Bulvin (Mihalich); his brother Robert B. Bulvin; his children, Leanne Debias (Tim) and Brad Bulvin (Kelly); his grandchildren, Kylie (Corey), Paige Debias, Evan and Ethan Bulvin; his niece Deborah Hittie (Paul); and his nephew Aaron Bulvin (Jena).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church (550 Main St, South Fork, PA 15956). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
