He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nancy Lee (Claycomb), Johnny Miller Sr., Elaine F. (Osewalt) and Glenford G. Kosaber Sr.; and his uncles, Glenford Kosaber Jr., Randy, Charles, Barry and Joseph Miller.
He is survived by: his parents, Roxann Kosaber (Miller) and George M. Kosaber Sr.; his sister Sarah Kosaber (William Plummer); his niece Remi Raye Plummer; and his uncle John Miller (Denise). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
