With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Foster E. Webb (South Fork, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 29, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Webb and Sivillo Webb (Fyock); and his siblings, Kay, Frank and Omer.

He is survived by: his wife Jane (Gramling); his sons, Paul (Brenda), Richard (Wanda) and Ronald (Tammy); his grandchildren, Krystal, Amy (Christopher), Juli (Jeff), Sara (Richard) and Isaac; his great grandchildren, Saige, Kahlan, Blake, Camila, Kira and Eliana; and his siblings, Ruby and Gene.
