He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Doyka and Florence Doyka (Markovitch); his brother Timothy Doyka; and his parents-in-law, Loris and Helen Varner (Myers).
He is survived by: his wife JoAnne M. Doyka (Varner); his sons, Todd of Windber, Jason (Stephanie) of Windber and Cory (Destiny McCoy) of Windber; his grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, Savannah, Jacob, Sutton, Stella, Scarlett and Waylon; his sister Eileen (Pete Mider); and his parents-in-law, Rick, Mary Lou Varner and Laurel Feather.
