It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald E. Neisner (South Fork, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 21, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his son Donald Neisner (Anita); his grandsons, Todd Neisner and Samuel Neisner; his brother Dennis Neisner (Denise); and his sister-in-law Doris Neisner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
