She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Andrykovitch and Mary M. Andrykovitch (Krupa); her husband Joseph T. "Guzda" Mucko Jr.; and her brother Albert "Buddy" Andrykovitch. She is survived by: her children, Dianne Falvo (Greg), Bethel Park, David Mucko (Kim) and John Mucko (Paul Cook); her grandchildren, Stephen Falvo, Jessica Irwin (Grant), Luke Falvo, Sara Miller (Zane) and Marc Mucko; her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Quinn Irwin; her grandchildren, Tessa and Lennon Miller; and her sister Mary Jo Andrykovitch.
