She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gary Dugan and Lee Dugan (Decker); her son Garret Snur of Phoenix, Arizona; and her siblings, Russell Dugan of Portage and Marie Allen.

Though saddened by her passing we have comfort that Debra was able to help others through the gift of organ and tissue donation.
