He is survived by: his wife Carol Allison (Wadsworth); his son Johnstown (Kristina Snyder); his grandchild Simian Snyder; his daughter Keri (Corey Tiani); his brother John; his parents-in-law, William, Judy Wadsworth, Richard and Elizabeth Wadsworth; his nieces, Kimberly, Megan Tiffany (Wadsworth) and Katie Allison; and his nephew Douglas Wadsworth.
