It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Allen Costlow of South Fork, Pennsylvania, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Costlow and Ruby Bailey Costlow; his wife Cathy Shawley Costlow; his granddaughter Katelyn; and his brother James Costlow.
He is survived by: his close friend Linda Paxton Costlow of Johnstown; his children, Melody Steele of South Fork, Jacob Smithbower of Florida, George A. Smithbower (Donna) of Florida and James Warner of Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Aylise, Desiree, Sierra, Cameron and Nicky; and his siblings, Maryann Kilpatrick of Utah, Bonnie Macewan of Salix, Pamela Alhborn of South Carolina, Kevin Costlow of South Carolina and John Costlow of Tennessee.
