He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlesworth Watkins and Dorothy Watkins (Fleming). He is survived by: his girlfriend Carol Shaffer; his children, Christopher (Natalie), Timothy (Kellie), Elton, Ryan (Amy Jo), Tonya (Brian Lightcap), Kayla (Justin Ronan) and Jenna (Jeff Russell); his siblings, Connie (late Robert Shilcosky), Kenny Watkins (Joanne), Donna Watkins (Dan Makin) and Ronnie Watkins; and his grandchildren, Maxwell, Travis, Caleb, Devyn, Dylan, Emma, Gage, Addie, Kolton, Jakob, Lukas, Taylor, Maddux, Brooke and Brayden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
