She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Makins and Anna Makins (Murvine); her former husband Theodore "Ted" Wadsworth; her son Charles "Chucky" Bailey; her siblings, Beverly "Bev" Reighard, Christopher "Allen" and John "Jack" Makins; and her son-in-law Al Kemp.
She is survived by: her fiancé Glenn Burns; her daughters, Laura Kemp, Tonya Miller (Rusty) and Jessica Blough (Scott); her grandchildren, Jeff, Eric, Cory, Autumn, Debbie and Skyler; her great grandchildren, Toby, Alexis, Anna, Kaylee and Pryceton; her brother James Schatz (Alice "Tootie"); and her sister-in-law Kathy Makins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
