She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Ardire and Josephine Ardire (Messina); her husband George Colton; and her siblings, Katherine Rolla and Anthony A. Ardire.

She is survived by: her son Dr. Richard (Joanne); her grandchildren, Adam, Deanna, Tom (Mary) and Linda (Mike); her great grandchildren, Anna (Tyler), Mariah (Dominic), Tommy, Jordan, Jade and Jocelyn; and her great great grandchildren, Kayle and Jase.
