She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles T. McCarthy and Mary M. McCarthy (Facemyer); her husband Edward Terek; her son-in-law William Lewis; and her brother-in-law Robert Chunta.
She is survived by: her children, Stacey Lewis of South Fork, Charles, Kim (Stevens), Cresson, Melissa (Anthony Barlam), South Fork, Michael, Kristin (Mignogna) and Glen Ellyn; her grandchildren, Sarah Peterson (Ryan), Ashley Bennett (Richard), Shawn Lewis (Janine), Scott Lewis, Mackenzie Barbin, Elizabeth Dusack, Billy Lewis, Shannon Terek, Daniel Terek, Steven Dusack, Shannon Stains, Olivia Terek, Christopher Terek and Mia Terek; and her sisters, Molly Chunta of South Fork, Charlene (Richard Chaney), Portage, Cynthia (David Chaney), South Fork, Stephanie (Patrick Mills), Woodstock and Georgia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other beloved family and friends.
