Byers (South Fork, Pennsylvania), born in Daisytown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 19, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Byers and Elizabeth Byers (Artez); his wife Nonie J. Byers (Smay); his grandson-in-law Michael Stolz; and his siblings, Carolyne Byers, Mary Decker, Joanne Peterman, Matilda Miller, Regina Pisanelli, Catherine Tomchick, Helene Goller and John Byers.
He is survived by: his children, Doreen Torres, Galen, Jennifer Byers and Tina (Brian Burke); his grandchildren, Paul Thompson, Michelle (Freidhoff), Christa Stolz, Nicole (Torres), Tony Brunetto, Katie Rose Torres, Brandon Witt and Angie Wagner; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Thompson, Kaila and Damian Stolz.
