She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kerch and Susan Kerch (Mikita); her husband James E. "Pooch" Peracchino; her son James D. "Jimbo"; her daughter-in-law Lisa Peracchino (Albertelli); her grandson Tony Peracchino; and her siblings, Ann Gurchik, John, Paul, Daniel and Steve.
She is survived by: her sons, Craig and Brian (Gary Speicher); her granddaughter Bethany (Derek Partsch); her sons, Brock (Janelle Ringler), Jackie and Shannon (Tom Seaman); her great grandchildren, Isabella and Lyra; her sister-in-law Shirley Walls; her great-niece Brenda (Mike Leslie); and her friend Theresa Neff. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc. (621 Maple St, South Fork, PA 15956). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (121 Forest Hills Dr, Sidman, PA 15955). A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the Saint Michael Cemetery.
