She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Rankin and Twila June Rankin (Heitzenrater); her husband Harold; her siblings, Everett, Walter and Elizabeth Sandoval; her son-in-law Richard Lutsko; her children, Barry and Cathy Cook; and her grandson Bradley Wagner.
She is survived by: her children, Alice Lutsko, Harold (Josie) and David (Tracy); her grandchildren, Sheena, Apryle, Ricci, Jamie, Barry, Barbara, Tess, Amanda, Linda, Angeline, Amelia and Andrew; and her siblings, Phyllis Foreman, Diana Rager (Roy), Ardyth Reed (Tom), Richard Rankin (Pat) and Ginny Silver (Edward). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren.
