She is survived by: her parent James Yealey; her children, John Roman of South Connellsville, Steven Lubic (Adriana) of Fayette City, Anthony Lubich (Heidi) of South Connellsville, Sharon Lubich of South Connellsville, Mary "Mert" Riley (David) of South Connellsville, Stephanie Prescott of Mount Pleasant, Erin Lubich (Kevin Ferencak) of South Connellsville and Kathleen Goodwin (Joseph) of Dunbar; her grandchildren, Christopher Lubich (Janean), Kenneth Lubic, Sherri Lois (Samuel), Daniel Lubic, Vivian Worley (Rodney), Marcus Lubich (Kathryn), Michelle Pons (Jonathon), Jame Johnson, Tony Prescott and Jeffrey Fordyce; her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Christopher Lubich, Isaac, Carin, Malayna, Alyza Madden, Kaleia Howard-Lubich, Jackson, Addison, Avery Pons, Sidney, Samantha, Jameson Johnson, Makenna, Sofia Prescott, Carter Prescott, Weston Leonard, Hunter, Landon and Bryson Brown; her great great grandchild Kaelyn Howard-Lubich; and her siblings, Linda Wolfe of Columbiaville, MI and John Yealey of Connellsville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
After over 10 years our mom passed away battling Alzheimer's and Dementia.
