He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Ruvo and Filomena Ruvo; and his siblings, Victor, Michael, Anthony, Philomena Cunningham, Rose Herchko and Mary Yankovich.
He is survived by: his wife Esther Ruvo (Nudo); his children, Annette Ruvo (Howard Kriek) and Anthony V. Ruvo; his grandson Anthony C. Ruvo (Brandi); his great grandchildren, Gabriella, Vincenzo and Gloria Grace; his daughter-in-law Ida Ruvo; and also Vincent Ruvo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic visitation will be limited to 25 people at one time.
In lieu of flowers, Tuts' family requests donations be made to The American Heart Association in his memory.
