She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Urich and Edna Walls Urich; her husband Henry W Johns; her son Henry W. Johns, Jr.; and her sister Donna Morita.
She is survived by: her children, Ivy Wolfe (Melvin), Katrina Johns and Steven Johns of Perryopolis; her sister Helen Crable of Perryopolis; her grandchildren, Michael, Christina, Joseph and Melanie; and her great grandchildren, Aleeah, Brantley, Hunter and Levi.
