He is survived by: his son Jason Urbach of Connellsville; his grandchildren, Jamie Callen (Bob) of Greensburg, Lilia Callen, Rachel Neal (Alexander), Nathan Callen, Jackson Callen and Clayton Urbach; and his sister Kay Gualtieri (Michael).
