He was predeceased by: his father Charles, Sr.; his wife Linda Welker Wiltrout; and his brothers, David, Charles, Jr., Kenneth and William Wiltrout.
He is survived by: his son Michael Wiltrout of Oakland, MD; and his grandchildren, Peter Rang, Valine Helkena, Daily Wiltrout, Shawna Wiltrout, Shawn Wiltrout and Immanuel Wiltrout. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
